Revelation Riders is a Christian motorcycle club founded by members of St. James Lutheran Church in 2007. Our mission is to serve as an outreach to our community by participating in various charitable causes throughout the year. We were founded on the basis of the five areas of congregational life and ministry; worship, witness, service, fellowship & nurture.
REVELATION RIDERS
Worship: Revelation Riders gather together to hear God's word, receive His forgiveness (absolution), and share in His Sacraments (Baptism and the Lord's Supper). We assemble to praise, pray, and give thanks for all of God's rich blessings to his dear children in Christ.
Witness: Revelation Riders are both equipped and enabled by the Holy Spirit to witness to the Good News of forgiveness, life, and salvation in Christ. We share our faith with others through our words and actions.
Service: Revelation Riders are strengthened by Gods Grace in Christ to care for our fellow human beings. We seek to serve people in all their needs-physical as well as spiritual. We carry the love and compassion of Jesus to our communities, cities, nation, and around the world.
Fellowship: Revelation Riders gather together in the name and strength of Jesus Christ, the Lord and Savior. The Holy Spirit has placed us in a community of believers. As members of the family of God, we share a close relationship with both our Savior and with our fellow believers. Within this fellowship we encourage and support one another and work together to accomplish our Lord's mission for His church.
Nuture: Revelation Riders gather to study His Word by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are strengthened in our faith, empowered to live God-pleasing lives, and equipped for active participation in the ministry and mission of the congregation.
